A smart, well-designed highlight of »the powerShrink« is the ZOLLER induction coil. Two windings connected in parallel within the coil can be activated separately and controlled differently depending on the clamping diameter and length. Intelligent induction coil with »varOct« shielding system
With automatic diameter adjustment for shaft diameters up to 32 mm for optimal heating performance in each case. The heating process is continuously monitored. The inner diameter of the »varOct« shielding system can be quickly and automatically adjusted to the desired diameter using a ratchet mechanism. Thanks to the maximum inner diameter of 45.8 mm, even tools with larger cutting diameters can be easily shrink-fitted.
Also available as an option with a quick-change interface for rapid coil changeover from 14 kVA to 22 kVA.

The control system, consisting of an IPC, »pilot 4.0«, and a 24-inch TFT color monitor, handles all processing tasks related to adjustment, measurement, and shrinking, ensuring safe and easy operation. The monitor is adjustable in height and tilt, making the software as user-friendly as possible. The »cockpit« provides space for a keyboard and mouse, as well as storage for label and laser printers, scanners, and tools such as Allen wrenches.
