Intelligent Robot Base Module
Robot base module – in which the FANUC 6-axis articulated-arm robot picks up the tools and reliably transports them between the input/output module and the lift system.
Efficient lift system
Kardex Shuttle lift system – retrieves tools from the tool storage area. The tools are removed from the lift system via shelves equipped with ZOLLER tool carriers and picked using the »loadBox« automation system.
State-of-the-art input/output module
Input/output module for the »smartPallet« system – designed to securely hold your tool pallets. The tool pallets can be delivered either using the manual pallet cart or the »coraExpress« automated guided vehicle (AGV).
Server-based control software
Control software – for operating the automation system. The control software can be displayed on various devices (monitor, tablet, or smartphone).
