is loaded with indexable inserts by the 6-axis robot. Inserting the indexable inserts into the turning and indexing unit using the 6-axis robot ensures that the inserts are properly aligned. The screw magazine ensures that a new screw is always used for the tool when needed.

with an integrated vacuum gripper, which is mounted on the robot and ensures precise screw replacement and tightening with the correct torque every time.

High-precision universal spindle

allows for the mounting of tools weighing up to 20 kg and also enables tools to be positioned precisely during rotation.
