The »titan« enables high-precision measurement and inspection of a wide variety of cutting tools and workpieces. It combines state-of-the-art sensor technology and optical systems for accurate measurement.

The »titan«'s measurement accuracy is in the micrometer range, enabling extremely precise results: Exy = 2.0 μm + (L/250 mm) μm and Ex = 1.3 μm + (L/300 mm) μm.

The »Titan« can measure a wide variety of tools, such as milling cutters, drills, threading tools, gear cutting tools, and many more.

The machine is operated using the powerful ZOLLER »pilot 4.0« software, which offers intuitive operation and comprehensive analysis capabilities. In addition, specific software options are available for every application.

The »Titan« features 6 CNC-controlled axes, enabling flexible and precise positioning of the workpiece. A 7th axis is available as an option.

The »Titan« is equipped with two high-resolution cameras and a sensor for measuring the preparation of the cutting edges, ensuring precise measurements.

Thanks to its user-friendly software (including the ZOLLER measurement program assistant »elephant«) and ergonomic design, the »titan« is very easy and intuitive to operate.

Automatic level adjustment ensures that the measuring device is always perfectly aligned, which improves measurement accuracy.

The quality of the measurement results is ensured through regular calibration, high-quality components, and precise software. ZOLLER is a DAkkS-accredited calibration laboratory in accordance with DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025:2018.

A variety of accessories are available for the »titan«, including additional clamping systems, software modules, and specific measurement adapters.
