Whether operated manually for spot checks using the »eQ« one-hand control handle or CNC-controlled for fully automated processes, they enable safe, fast, and convenient measurement.
Manual fine adjustment – the alternative to CNC control. The ergonomic handwheels for additional manual fine adjustment of the Z and X axes are specifically designed for the tool inspection module.

It offers a uniform user interface across all ZOLLER systems – including ZOLLER TMS Tool Management Solutions. The software’s modular design allows for quick implementation of customer-specific customizations.
Integrated control unit – enables healthy and comfortable operation. The 24" TFT color monitor can be individually adjusted to meet the needs of each operator: height, swivel, and tilt angles are flexibly adjustable.

SK 50 High-Precision Spindle – for mounting tools or adapters with an SK 50 interface. Reduction adapters allow for the simple and precise clamping of virtually any tool mounting system.
