The seven tools and their contours are captured and measured with high precision using the ZOLLER »conDiaZ«. They are then intelligently aligned and optimally calibrated in »pilot 4.0«, ensuring that the tools and correction data are perfectly prepared before being sent to the CNC machine, resulting in the workpiece being manufactured to the highest quality on the first try. This helps to protect both the tools and the CNC machine in the long term.
