CNC-controlled linear adjustment mechanism for setting tool length via a stop bar. Also available as »the asza-rot model«, which allows the tool length to be adjusted via the automatic rotation of the length-adjustment screw (does not apply to shrink chucks).
 

Thanks to the additional Y-axis, the optical carrier can be CNC-controlled to move up to ±50 mm in the Y-direction from the center of the spindle. In combination with the center-of-rotation measuring camera, this allows turning tools and multifunctional tools to be measured efficiently and with high precision and adjusted to the correct height.
 

The tailstock can be easily lowered and holds long, slender tools precisely in position with a defined clamping force. In addition to tools, components can also be measured between centers.
