All tools are captured one after another in a single process, their contours are automatically compared, and deviations are displayed immediately. The measurement and correction values are optimized relative to one another and transmitted directly to the CNC control—without the need for re-setup. This ensures that the entire tool set fits together perfectly, significantly reducing both setup time and machine downtime.
