With the »sawCheck« inspection and measuring machine, ZOLLER offers a solution for measuring saw blades fully automatically, tooth by tooth, with high precision and independently of the operator. When inspecting the teeth, parameters such as tooth shape, pitch, concentricity and runout can be measured in transmitted light. In incident light, for example, the rake angle, clearance angle, tooth thickness, center offset or radial or axial wear can be checked quickly and independently of the operator and documented in detail.
