The ZOLLER software »pilot 4.0« makes measuring seven tool sets efficient. All tools are recorded one after the other in a single process, the contours are automatically compared, and deviations are displayed. The measurement and correction values are optimized in relation to each other and transferred directly to the CNC control – without the need for readjustment. This ensures that the entire tool set fits together perfectly, significantly reducing both setup time and machine downtime.
