Location Management

With the Storage Location Management module, you always have a clear overview of your complete tools, tool components, and accessories. Storage Location Management includes a virtual 3D assembly that allows you to quickly and easily visualize your warehouse in three dimensions and assign items to a virtual storage location. Each item created can be managed in terms of inventory, giving you a quick overview of the storage location, turnover, and current stock. External storage and lift systems can, of course, be integrated via interfaces.

The »quickPick« warehouse module stands out with its streamlined user interface, designed for quick and easy management of individual components, complete tools, test equipment, fixtures, orders, and accessories. Inventory transactions can be completed with just a few clicks. External warehouse and lift systems can, of course, be integrated via interfaces.

Quick and easy storage and retrieval of individual components, complete tool sets, test equipment, fixtures, orders, and accessories

Test Equipment Management

This module manages all your measuring and testing equipment based on setup sheets and monitors calibration intervals. Test reports are supplemented with informative graphics, improving control over the measuring equipment. The reports can be saved with the measuring equipment as desired. In combination with inventory management, storage locations can be assigned to the measuring equipment and managed graphically.

This module manages all your measuring and testing equipment associated with the setup sheet and monitors calibration intervals

Fixture Management

This module is designed for the modern management of your fixtures in relation to the setup sheet and stores image information as well as setup instructions. Fixture variants are managed as bill of materials information. In combination with inventory management, storage locations can be assigned to fixtures and managed graphically.

NC Program Management

This module is designed for the easy management of your NC programs in the ZOLLER database associated with the setup sheet and offers the option to store different program versions (version management). Information such as a clamping sketch, workpiece drawing, and the solid model can be stored with the NC program. A standard viewer is integrated into the NC program management. Additional option: Integration of an external viewer.
