For manufacturers who want to take automation to the next level, there is the »coraVarion« for indexable insert change, tool presetting, and measurement. This automation cell includes a ZOLLER robot module, a »smartPallet« interface module, and a »venturion« and/or »micBox« machine. The setup’s modular design means it can be customized to meet specific manufacturing requirements for more standardized processes with higher quality outputs.
The integrated ZOLLER »micBox« automatically handles the mounting, turning, flipping, and changing of indexable inserts.
The ZOLLER »venturion« uses automatic tool and gripper changes for automatic, high-precision tool measurement.

»coraMeasure LG«
The »coraMeasure LG« is a machine for automated tool measurement. It brings together a spatial gantry robot, the mobile »smartPallet« system, and the ZOLLER »venturion« for seamless presetting and measuring on your shop floor. Combined with the »coraMeasure LG« user interface, operators can view project status and preventive maintenance for hands-off workflows.
With automated tool measurement, the »coraMeasure LG« streamlines production, eliminates operating errors, and improves both overall efficiency and the quality of your individual tool measurements.

»roboBox«
The ZOLLER »roboBox« features up to six modules for automating routines like tool assembly, cleaning, measuring, shrinking, and more. A state-of-the-art input/output module securely holds your tool pallets for an articulated robot arm, which grips the tools and transports them between modules.
Notably, the »robobox« can be used as a standalone machine or as an expansion of your existing ZOLLER presetting and measuring installation. Both options make it easy to automate some of the most standard procedures in tool preparation, helping you unlock greater productivity in less time.

»pomBasic MTI«
The ZOLLER »pomBasic MTI« offers a compact solution for inspection and measuring micro-tools. A special high-precision micro camera with coaxial lighting captures microtools in extreme detail, with a magnification range of 125x to 1250x.
Like other models in the »pomBasic« line, the »pomBasic MTI« provides quick, precise results in complete inspection reports at the touch of a button, ensuring efficient production and traceability across the process.
The »pomBasic MTI« will only be at the ANCA booth, Booth 237406.
