Measuring crankshaft milling cutters and turning/turning tools in transmitted light
With the ZOLLER »eQuick 200M«, the cutting edges of crankshaft cutters can be ergonomically adjusted and precisely measured in transmitted light.
The measurement is non-contact and includes the Z and X dimensions, axial and radial run-out, cutter width and corner radii. The ZOLLER image processing »pilot 2 mT« also offers a cutting edge inspection for quick visual inspection of individual cutting edges.
