The HGH-UZ universal holder enables quick, easy and μm-precise attachment holder changes using a ball bushing with quick-change device for tensile elements of any design. It is equipped with a 4 x 90° locking device for positioning the lathe tools and a power-operated spindle brake and can be supplied with autofocus and/or a rotation encoder.

Attachment holders are available for almost all tool holders - including Citizen, Gildemeister, Haas, Hardinge, Hydromat, Index, Mazak, Mori-Seiki, Okuma, Star, Traub and many more.

The GA basic holder is set up for manual adapter changes. Adapters can be supplied for almost all different tool holders and are all equipped with manual clamping of the tools.

Tool holders can be supplied for almost all tool systems and machine systems, for example for Benzinger, Comau, Dörries, Imac, Index, Mori-Seiki, Nakamura, Schütte, Star, Takisawa, Tornos, Traub and many more.

Turning centre measuring device with swivelling CCD incident light camera and centred LED illumination is swivelled in for standardized measuring for safety reasons. To measure the tool cutting edges in incident light, the camera can be swiveled and rotated in three positions. This means that tools can be measured on the front side as well as on the left and right, depending on the cutting direction of the tools.
