Participating in our Toolroom of the Year competition is not just about winning, it's about showcasing your toolroom or shop and the innovative ways you're using ZOLLER Solutions. We're looking for the toolroom or shop that is using ZOLLER Solutions to their full potential.

That can mean everything from using a ZOLLER tool presetter to optimize production to gaining complete control over tooling with ZOLLER's tool management systems to automating processes with ZOLLER's automation solutions.

The bottom line is every ZOLLER customer can enter this competition for a chance to win!

Our judging committee will look at the following criteria to choose the winners, but you do NOT have to meet every point to win:

  • Organization and setup of toolroom or shop
  • Deployed interfaces, e.g., to CAD/CAM or ERP
  • Interfaces to storage systems
  • How quickly and easily tools are available
  • Modernness of equipment
  • Transparency of tooling stock
  • Scope of tooling database 
  • Connectivity/data exchange with CNC machines and other areas of production 
  • Integration into the manufacturing process
