ZOLLER Canada Hosts Grand Reopening and 80th Anniversary Celebration in Mississauga

MISSISSAUGA, Ontario — ZOLLER marked the company’s 80th anniversary with an Open House & Technology Day event and grand reopening celebration at its expanded facility in Mississauga, Ontario. The event welcomed customers, partners, industry leaders, and media to experience the latest in smart manufacturing technology and to honor ZOLLER’s longstanding commitment to innovation and customer success.

The celebration began with a ribbon-cutting ceremony led by Mr. Alexander Zoller, President of ZOLLER Inc., and Chander Bhardwaj, General Manager of ZOLLER Canada. They were joined by Councillor Martin Reid of the City of Mississauga and Lukas Kirstgen, Vice President of the Canadian German Chamber of Industry and Commerce. The ceremony not only marked the reopening of the facility but also reinforced the importance of both global and regional partnership.

Throughout the day, attendees explored live demonstrations and technical sessions that showcased how ZOLLER Solutions help shops of all sizes increase quality, productivity, and efficiency in their production processes. The ZOLLER Canada Open House & Technology Day also launched the 2026 Toolroom of the Year competition, emphasizing its commitment to efficiency and customer success. The competition celebrates manufacturers who use ZOLLER technology to optimize cutting tool management and maximize shop floor efficiency.

In key presentations, Chander Bhardwaj shared insights on the ZOLLER roadmap, while Service Manager Rachid Lafkir outlined how companies can leverage ZOLLER Tool Management Solutions (TMS) to gain complete control over cutting tool management. The event also featured guest speaker Bill McMaster, General Manager of Apex Cutting Tools, who shared how his team has used ZOLLER tool inspection solutions for greater consistency across its operations.
