With the help of the CNC control of the spindle (C axis), the tool cutting edges are automatically moved and sharpened, even with multi-edged cutting tools. This guarantees user-independent measurement results.

Precise/exact angle measurement

The rotation sensor positions the C axis fully automatically to the target angle. This enables high-precision measurement of spiral angles and pitches as well as wobble compensation.

Hand wheels facilitate fine adjustment of the X-axis and Z-axis, especially for tool inspection.

Center height measuring device

A perfectly set center height increases tool life and thus reduces your tool costs. At the same time, you shorten setup times, avoid scrap, and improve the quality of your workpieces.

For axial and radial inspection and testing of the contours of radii, angles, distances, and wear and tear in incident light, with 50x magnification of the tool cutting edge.

»zidCode« with labels

With »zidCode,« data is printed quickly and simply onto labels and can be scanned directly at the machine. This means error-free data transfer.

Manual tool identification

The write/read head is manually moved to the RFID chip on the tool holder. The chip can then be read and written to.

Semi-automatic tool identification

The read/write unit is manually moved in the Z direction to the height of the RFID chip on the tool holder. The movement of the write/read head in the X-axis is CNC-controlled. When the read/write unit hits the RFID chip, it can be read and written to.
