With the ZOLLER »eQuick 200M,« the cutting edges of crankshaft cutters can be ergonomically adjusted and precisely measured using transmitted light.
Measurement is contactless and includes the Z and X dimensions, flatness and concentricity, cutter width, and corner radii. The ZOLLER image processing system »pilot 2 mT« also offers cutting edge inspection for quick visual inspection of individual cutting edges.
