With the »sawCheck« inspection and measurement system, ZOLLER offers a solution for measuring saw blades fully automatically, tooth by tooth, with high precision, and independently of the operator. During tooth inspection, parameters such as tooth form, pitch, concentricity, and cutting height runout can be measured using transmitted light. Under reflected light, for example, rake angle, clearance angle, tooth thickness, center offset, or wear can be quickly checked and documented in detail—radially or axially—without operator intervention.
