ZOLLER-TMS Siemens NX DNC interface
This interface allows a tool list from the Siemens NX programming system to be transferred in the target data format to a presetting and measuring machine equipped with the »pilot 4.0« image processing technology.
When a program is posted, a tool list in the ZOLLER target data format is sent to the presetting and measuring machine, which can then measure the tools in DNC mode using the transmitted data.
Advantages
- Existing tools in the Siemens NX internal database can be measured on the ZOLLER presetting and measuring machine with no effort and without manual intervention.
- Automation of the transmission and import of tool data as part of the post-processor run, which is necessary anyway
- The process can be started optionally manually using a button.
