ZOLLER TMS, with the add-on »z.Connectivity«, uses »zidCode 4.0« to create a seamless, digital connection between tool measurement, tool management and the machine. Tool data is uniquely assigned, is always up to date, and is transferred error-free to the CNC‑control. The data is managed digitally via apps and interfaces, while functions such as »z.Stats« and »flash« ensure transparency from the machine all the way to the store. This avoids manual inputs, stabilizes processes and sustainably safeguards production.
