The ZOLLER »smile« presetting and measuring machine is now available with three powerful software packages: »inspector«, »communicator« and »commander«. For maximum flexibility, these software packages - like all other ZOLLER software products - can also be purchased individually after buying a ZOLLER presetter and measuring machine. The »inspector« software package includes all the functions you need for easy tool inspection. The »communicator« software package provides a variety of options for exchanging data with the machine. The combination of software functions in »commander« allows operators to create tool data and manage parts lists and setup sheets - the basis for professional tool management.
»venturion«: The Presetter of the Future
The »venturion« premium presetting and measuring machine fulfills all the demands of a digital, networked manufacturing environment focused on process reliability. This premium solution will be available starting at EMO 2017, and is now also being offered in combination with the new BIS-V RFID technology for reliable data transfer to the machine. The modular »pilot 3.0« measurement device software satisfies all needs for precise measurement and setting for any type of tool. In addition, TMS Tool Management Solutions facilitates transparent tool data management, efficient storage location management, and reliable communication with external systems.
New at EMO 2017: See the Tool assembly assistant software function for customized, true-to-life tool assembly and seamless traceability of tool components throughout the entire production process. Other new available features include the 3D core and 3D editor for digital replications in 3D - one of the requirements of a digital factory.
