Consistently and directly. This week the EuroMold, world fair for moldmaking and tooling, design and application development, has opened its doors in Frankfurt. ZOLLER presents new products for tooling and moldmaking placing the main emphasis on more efficiency in production processes.

The software module »tool realityCheck« allows a quick preliminary collision check of tools – since collisions between machine and tool lead to expensive production downtimes. So far, users have only been able to ensure a collision-free machining while working in the single record mode.

ZOLLER and DP Technology Corp., creator of ESPRIT® computer-aided-manufacturing software are pleased to introduce the new ESPRIT-ZOLLER Interface for ZOLLER TMS Tool Management Solutions.

The AMB was a great success – we would hereby like to thank all our booth visitors for the overwhelming interest in hands-on demonstrations of our new solutions in measuring technology as well as tool management solutions. The Tool Management area on the booth impressed the visitors through a transparent and structured visualization of the manufacturing process.

During AMB visitors can test new functions for efficient tool management in combination with a CAM system live at the stand, especially the operator-friendly user interface to the CAM interfaces. The ZOLLER software user interface offers the operator his familiar CAM tool structure.
