The new universal measuring machine »threadCheck« from ZOLLER allows to measure helical threading tools and hobs without distorsion, and thus true to reality.

The module for resharpening operations extends the ZOLLER TMS Tool Management Solutions stock function with the option of regrinding or repairing tools. It supports the transparent processing of resharpening operations - delivery notes and orders can be printed out, the interaction between ordering system and stores guarantees smooth operation.

This is the first time that power-operated tool clamping is available as an option in the entry level price category of the »smile« series. Especially with regard to HSK, this is a prime requirement for high changing accuracy at optimal operating comfort.

The partnership between ZOLLER and the Hamburg (Germany)-based tool management specialists KROMI has resulted in a data interface in the DIN 4000 structure. The master data of tools can now be imported directly and automatically 1:1 into the ZOLLER TMS Tool Management Solutions.
