With »zidCode«, your CNC machines are optimally protected against crashes even without a network - because the tool data is transmitted error-free to the CNC machine via scanner and code.

This makes »zidCode« the ideal solution for production processes that work without a network. And it is perfect for all CNC machines that are not prepared for networks.

Fits in seamlessly

»zidCode« is suitable for almost any production environment. For example, the solution transfers tool data via network cable directly to FANUC or HAAS control systems. »zidCode« can also be used with older machines via serial interfaces such as RS232, so that you can also benefit from the advantages of »zidCode«. Process optimization is only this efficient with ZOLLER.

Direct transmission

The tool is measured and set on the ZOLLER presetting and measuring machine. The actual tool data is printed out as a QR code on a label. The »zidCode handheld scanner« reads this QR-coded data and automatically enters it in the corresponding data fields of the FANUC or HAAS machine controller. The tool can then be physically loaded into the machine.

The »zidCode unit« is connected to the machine via a network cable. For installation, only the IP address needs to be entered in the control unit settings.
