Measuring program for the measurement and analysis of hob cutters acc. to DIN 3968. Following parameters are measured: concentricity/ axial runout, shape and position deviation of the machining surface, form deviation of the cutting edge, tooth thickness, clamping groove direction and more.
Protuberance and Tip Chamfer Height

»hobCheck« opens up never-before seen possibilities for the fully automatic, efficient and complete measurement of milling cutters, even those with considerable sizes.
With transmitted light image processing, incident light camera and measuring sensor, more than 15 parameters (for example, tooth profile, concentricity, wobble, pitch, shape and position) can be measured. The analysis of more than 200 measured values, the calculation of the quality classes and the graphical record are all fully automatic. In addition, the »hobCheck« offers a comfortable convenient wear and tear evaluation on the tooth head for regrinding.
