For an easier and more self-explanatory handling of the presetting and measuring machine, the proven ZOLLER »elephant« technology supports user since the year of 2007. Now it is officially registered as a trademark.This technology allows to measure tools automatically by a push of a button and without entering data.

The new high-end measuring machine »titan« allows fully automated measurements including cutting edge preparation using one system. Five to seven CNC-driven axes of the ZOLLER »titan« measure every type of metal cutting tool with the highest precision from measuring the outer contours to operator-independent complete control through extensive documentation of the measured results.

The new universal measuring machine »threadCheck« from ZOLLER allows to measure helical threading tools and hobs without distorsion, and thus true to reality.

The module for resharpening operations extends the ZOLLER TMS Tool Management Solutions stock function with the option of regrinding or repairing tools. It supports the transparent processing of resharpening operations - delivery notes and orders can be printed out, the interaction between ordering system and stores guarantees smooth operation.
