With just one system, you can perform precise measurements of all metal cutting tool parameters including the preparation of cutting edges without any operator intervention. Seven CNC-driven axes, combined with the outstanding ZOLLER image processing technology, allow fully automated measurement of all tool parameters. The quality of your products can easily be verified thanks to complete documentation and recording of the measurement results.

Tool life monitoring: a software module for intelligent monitoring of tool life data designed to increase the efficiency of serial manufacturing. It provides the ability to generate historical overviews of the recorded tool life/tool life quantities by importing data from processes such as tools returning from the machine, then entering the reasons for tool change and the achieved tool life /tool life quantities and then assigning the data to the tool history in the tool database. This information can be accessed simply by the push of a button and enables the optimization of tool use by identifying processes that regularly cause problems and aims to reach an optimal tool life.
