Two weeks ago the automatic loading station »roboSet« was presented at IMTS trade show in Chicago for the first time. The »roboSet« is an ingenious automation solution for companies with high tool throughput levels. It your ZOLLER CNC-controlled measuring device right around the clock in unmanned mode, requiring no personnel. That means that even complex measuring tasks can be processed in a fully automatic way, and 100% inspection is guaranteed. The ZOLLER »roboSet« delivers great process reliability through automatic track correction of the robot at every chuck-loading operation. In addition, physical separation from the measuring device assures the highest standards of measuring accuracy.
 

The focus is set on the user - this applies for all ZOLLER products. With »pilot 3.0« ZOLLER offers a system of software modules which is unique.
