Check out the new video: The »roboSet 2« smart automation solution for tool measurement is now available in a much more compact design. It is linked to universal measuring machines »genius«, »threadCheck«, or »titan«, and can also complete laser and ultrasonic cleaning if desired. Thanks to a multi-pallet system and the associated larger tool inventory, it is now possible to handle quality control or production for larger series without any personnel. The new double gripper system makes it possible to eliminate idle machine time, even in automated processing. The »lasso« measuring program captures every contour of a rotationally symmetrical tool or tool geometry for contour measurement quickly and through a fully automated process! A graphic target-actual comparison is displayed after contours are captured. Documentation is produced fully automatically according to the target template. With interfaces to programming software / grinding machine controllers NUMROTO, Schütte, GDX, and others, ZOLLER offers reliable data transmission from the measuring machine to the grinding machine. Don’t just “hope” grinding wheels fit precisely, be certain that they will. This means: 20 – 30% reduction in tooling costs. This specially developed measuring program for grinding wheels guarantees fast, secure measurements down to the μm and in accordance with FEPA standards. Simply select a grinding wheel type in the user interface, measure, and output the log. For multi-step tasks, grinding wheels can be saved as a package and measured without interruption and in a user-independent process.
