ZOLLER delivers you with the »tethys« function not only the guarantee that your ZOLLER unit measures correctly and accurately. ZOLLER »tethys« also provides you with the proper documentation to proof the ZOLLER measuring machine capability.

For presetting and measuring devices using vision system technology, the software »tethys« will automatically determine the measuring instrument capability according to the Cg / Cgk / R&R, and Cmr procedures and correct the deviation of the linear axes.


The calibration of a system is carried out while still in our factory during final acceptance. The FKM gauge used is traceable to national measurement standards provided by the National Metrology Institute (PTB). After this automatic correction the measuring capability of the system can be determined and documented at the customer’s site via the »tethys« software using a standardized tool.

ZOLLER »tethys« will guarantee exact measurements also in the long term.
